Content AI is not activing on my website

    Hi,

    I purchased a content AI plan, It’s showing in my rankmath account as being connected to the correct website (oneofoneai.com) and in my wordpress dashboard i’m connected to that account. I’ve switched on the content ai in the dashboard and the new content ai menu appears but when i click on it everything is grayed out as if there wasn’t a plan connected. I’ve tred to log in and out but i can’t see to work it out if you can help. Thanks

    It seems like the issue might be related to the credits not being refreshed or updated properly. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI.
    2. Once there, click on the Refresh icon as shown in the screenshot below:

    After refreshing the credits, please check if the Content AI features are now accessible. If not, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
