Make sure you have refreshed the Content AI credits by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits as shown in this screenshot:

Ensure that you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting Rank Math > Account > Website or by going to this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.

If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, then refresh the credits count in Content AI.
