To resolve the issue, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits. Once logged in, please visit your Rank Math account area and check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account Area
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here’s a screenshot for reference:


After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

I do not mean to be difficult but I purchased a year subscription to Start Content AI and I have tried all I have been told to get it to work. When I first installed it it worked fine but then it stopped leaving me with 4.2K credits a couple days before the end of December.
When I log into my account on RankMath it shows the site connected. I even reinstalled my entire WordPress site one step at time with only RankMath plugin active. No luck.
If we can not get this working could I please have a refund. I do not want a refund but I do not want to be paying for a year subscription when I only got to use a couple thousand credits and now all I get is Forbidden. I am truly frustrated. And yes I cleared my cache and I followed all your instruction. My account is under r*************@g********
