Hi,
I have purchased a Content AI starter pack, however, I can’t access my credits. They are not shown in my account under “Websites” even though the subscription is visible in my account. As a consequence, I also can’t use them on my websites. I checked that I am using the correct account and I also used the same email address for the purchase of the subscription as I am using for my account. What should I do?

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account and then head over to your Rank Math account area to check if your account has Content AI credits left. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account Area
If you are able to see the correct remaining credits in your account area, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, and then clicking on “Disconnect Account” and “Connect Now.”
After reconnecting your account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.
If you are still unable to see your credits after following these steps, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Can you please confirm if you can see the correct number of credits you purchased from here: http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites.
If you can see the correct number of credits here like in the image above but not on your site, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this
Kindly follow these steps:
1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins: https://rankmath.com/changelog2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

Thanks for the reply. As I stated in my original message, the credits do not show up under “websites”. I have already disconnected and reconnected my Rank Math Account several times.

NickHello, upon reviewing your case, I intended to explore Content ai due to their offering of a 15-day trial along with 7500 credits. However, the credits were not activated, displaying as 0, thereby preventing me from trying Content ai during the entire 15-day trial period. Consequently, given my inability to test it, I’m questioning the value of Content ai based on your experience and others. This has led me to contemplate canceling my purchase of Rank Math Pro. I am hesitant to proceed if it means constantly receiving prompts in WordPress to use Content AI, especially if its utility is questionable.

I was trying to use Content AI on a local development website, so I can’t really give you the login information. However, when that didn’t work, I also tried it on an online staging site and it didn’t work there either. Is it not supposed to work on localhost?
