Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with allocating your Content AI credits to different websites. It seems like there might be an issue with the allocation settings not showing up on your sites.
To allocate credits for a site, you can follow these steps:
-
Click the Set Limit button next to the Content AI Credits in the Client Management dashboard.

-
Enter the number of credits that you want to allocate and then click the Save button.

-
You can also find the changes being reflected in your WordPress dashboard as well.

If you have a Business or Agency license, you can also adjust the Content AI credits from the Business/Agency settings available at the bottom of the Client Management dashboard.

If you are still unable to allocate credits after following these steps, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Yeah tbe set limit button doesn’t exist
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please note that the option to allocate Content AI credits to individual websites is part of our client management features and is available only in the Business/Agency subscriptions. In Rank Math free and PRO subscription, the credits can be used across all the connected websites.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
I have several connected websites and still cannot assign credits but to one site: frankgiunta.com But you just said: “In Rank Math free and PRO subscription, the credits can be used across all the connected websites.” then you showed me the same graphic for business accounts. so can I do it? If so, how?
Hello,
Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.
After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need my assistance with anything else.
no it didn’t work. I did it for the site that was already working then for another site that didn’t. No change on the sites or on this website’s “websites” link – still not showing “Set Limit” link.
Ok, I got it to work when I hit the “disconnect” on this site then tried what you said on the other sites. Got it working on all sites. Thanks
