I bought 3×50 AL credits.
So there should be 150 credits in total.
However, only 110 credits are displayed?

We checked the order with the invoice you provided but it’s associated with a different account/user.
But here are our findings. As per checking closely, there have been three orders, but the last one was automatically canceled by FastSpring, our payment provider. So we only recorded and credited two purchases.
We would like to note that as mentioned in the FAQs section here https://rankmath.com/content-ai/ under “Are the credits valid for a lifetime?”, unused credits expire after one year, and upon renewal, you get a new amount.
