Hi guys,
I bought some Content AI credits last September and still haven’t used them. My subscription is due to renew on 23rd September. If I don’t renew, will I lose the 900 credits I’ve already paid for? If I do renew, will I get an extra 900 credits on top of the 900 unused ones, so I’ll now have 1800 credits?
Would be good to know as I don’t really want to waste the 900 I already have. If I need to use them before the 23rd, please let me know.

I’m now very confused. I’ve just looked at the Content AI page and also looked at the AI SEO offer that appears in your banner which takes me to the Content AI page too.
Upon looking at the FAQ it seems my credits will completely expire as of the 23rd of this month. Is that correct?
I paid $99 for 900 credits for a year last September during your deal. I now see that you are offering much better prices and credit offering. If I were to pay for the starter package, I would pay $47.88 + VAT (or perhaps $59.88 + VAT due to the deal) for the year and get 5.5x the amount of credits I previously got on an offer that you said was a one time deal and that the credits would be highly reduced after the deal.
Can you please clarify what I have paid for and what the difference is between the new AI SEO credits? I feel like I have been slightly misled about the offer last year, and seeing as I haven’t used the credits, am a little disappointed. Will my 900 credits even really create much giving you are offering 5000 credits now?
Please let me know as I would like to make sure I don’t waste the money I spent last year. I was under the impression, that once credits were purchased they would stay on my account until I used them.
Also, if I go into connected websites in my account it says Content AI 0 / 0. Plus, when I go to Content AI in Rank Math within WordPress it is saying I have to buy credits. I’ll be honest, I’m really not very happy.
Can you please sort this out and explain what it was I purchased last year? It seemed like it was a one-off purchase of 900 credits, but I do think I have been completely misled and I can’t even use my credits if they are still available until the 23rd.
Hello,
Please note that for this to work correctly you need to have the latest version of the plugin installed on your website: https://rankmath.com/changelog
If that doesn’t help, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and hit the button to refresh the credits.
Regarding the credit count and the offers we have in place now, please note that each research now takes 500 credits and each word generated will take 1 credit from your account.
Also, the new limits are per month while previously with the subscription you had the limits were yearly, so in essence you’ll be getting more credits, but they are just spread throughout the year.
When following the steps above your subscription will get transferred automatically to the new limits and you will enjoy the monthly limits instead of the previous yearly limits.
Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Still got no credits in my account. Followed your steps but still shows as zero credits left this month. The credits I had paid for were for a year, so I should have 900 credits left. Can you please sort this out?
Can someone please resolve this issue? I would imagine I only have limited time left to use the credits I purchased for a year. I purchased my yearly credits on 23rd September 2022. If I only have 8 or 9 days left to use them, then I would like to do that. Or else I would like my money back.

I’m sorry but these suggestions still do not work.
I am now going to struggle to use the credits within the final few days remaining (if they are to run out on 23rd September), so I would just like to get a full refund for the purchase or some sort of compensation, as this is an error on your side and I have given you ample time to fix the issue, or at least look into it properly rather than suggesting fixes that clearly won’t work when my account states I have no credits.
As you’ll see from my account (if you investigate properly) it states I have no Content AI credits in my account. I have not used any since I purchased the 900 credits almost a year ago.
Please resolve this issue.
