Dear support,

Kindly connect my site to the content Ai, I have tried severally, but my credit is not updating.

To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account.

Once logged in, check if you can see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
