To resolve this issue, please follow these steps carefully:
- First, ensure you are logged in to the same account you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your account details here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
- On this page, you should see the correct number of remaining credits for your Content AI. Here is an example of how it looks:
- If the number of credits is correct on this page, but not on your website, you need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect button. Then, click the Connect button to reconnect your account. See these screenshots for reference:

- Finally, go to your Content AI page and refresh the credits count by clicking the Refresh button. This will sync your website with our server and show you the updated number of credits. Here is how to do it:

Can you please confirm to us if you’re seeing the correct number of credits when you log in to rankmath.com/my-account/websites?
If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this – but if you’re not seeing the correct number of credits on rankmath.com/myaccount (https://i.rankmath.com/i/P5hrqw), then this is billing-related and we need to look into it further.

We have transferred your purchased AI credits to this account other email account.
Now, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct AI credit count.
