Hi,
I’m in the process of using content AI on my homepage https://vegan-supermarket.uk/
I’ve reduced the number of H2 headings to two but the AI analyser says it’s still 17 (see screenshot https://imgur.com/a/7q67uFh ).
Am I doing something wrong?

Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

OK I found the dashboard and I removed the transients but AI still sees 17 H2’s the same as before

Sorry for the confusion. I just checked your site’s source code, and there are indeed 17 H2s coming from the Kadence advance heading.

Please note that these tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your pages/post content. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply to your page or you have already done, please feel free to ignore them.

We checked your website through a 3rd party website and the headings are still there. Please check this screenshot:

So, it seems the headings are still there. They might be added using your theme so please check with your theme provider.
