The account with the PRO subscription also includes a Content AI plan.
So, would it be fine to merge the accounts under a single email address where currently is the PRO and Content AI plan and then refund this current Content AI purchase you made on this account?

Please proceed and use the address that does not include WordPress. I would assume that once it’s done I have to get both sites under that email address or is that part of the consolidation?

As requested we have merged the accounts under the preferred email address and also processed the refund for on the Content AI plans as discussed previously.
Both websites still show as connected on the account so you should be able to access all the features on all of them.
