- If the credit count is correct on your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area by following these steps:
- Go to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

- After reconnecting your Rank Math account, refresh the credits count in Content AI by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Content AI and clicking on the refresh icon. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
