Connecting Rank Math to Google Console – “some error occured” error message

    Good morning

    We have Rank Math activated; and I’m trying to connect to Google Console but we keep getting a
    “some error occured please try again after some time or use manual connect method” error message

    The chain of steps is
    Dashboard – Analytics – Connect Google Services – Choose an Account – Here’s where it differs from all the how to guides – Rank Math SEO wants additional access to your Google Account Rank Math already has some access – some error occured please try again after some time or use manual connect method

    As far as I can see Google shouldn’t be getting in the way, although as a non-developer a bit of hand holding to sort this out would be much appreciated

    This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
