Conflict with payment plugin Datafast

    Hey,

    we have rank math pro and unfortunetely rank math pro is not compatible anymore with our payment plugin. As we can’t change the payment plugin I would need to receive a solution from Rank Math to solve the issue.
    Payment plugin looks with Rank Math activated and deactivated.

    The problem is that the lower have is missing once we activate Rank Math (payment in instalments and the logos of the payment providers)
    What can we do to solve this conflict? How can rank math interfere with a payment plugin at checkout? The homepage is http://www.hakuhandmade.com.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    The account you are using to contact us is a FREE account without a PRO subscription.

    So it seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to make the purchase or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Back to your issue, this is happening when their is a conflict with plugins and theme you are using.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
