Cloudflare not accepting RankMath whitelist with country block WAF rule

    Hi there,

    I have followed your tutorial to get RankMath whitelisted from: https://rankmath.com/kb/whitelist-rank-math-in-cloudflare/

    I have done this as I was experiencing an API error 400 on the SEO analyser: https://rankmath.com/kb/api-http-400-error/.

    I figured out how to get this working by disabling our country block rule. I don’t really want to do this if passable and not sure why Cloudflare isn’t accepting your whitelist rule. What can I do to allow this so that I don’t have to turn the country rule off each time I want to use your API call?

    Hello,

    Can you also try whitelisting the IP 193.138.6.5 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com and see if it helps?

    If it is indeed whitelisted already, can you also check in your Firewall if it is indeed blocked by Cloudflare? You should be able to access it on Cloudflare Dashboard → Your Domain → Firewall → Overview and show up at the bottom titled ‘Activity log’.

    Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner.

    I added the above to my WAF rule but it didn’t work. What did work is asking Cloudflare to run the rule you suggested in your tutorial first and then any other rule after that.

    I will keep an eye on this just in case anything changes on their end. Thank you again for the help on this.
