The issue here is that you have a media page that has the same slug as the “Earthy Greens” post as you can see in the screenshot I shared in the sensitive data section.

Then, in Rank Math’s settings, you have redirected your attachment pages and it falls back to your homepage if that attachment doesn’t have a post associated with it. See screenshot below:

This setup will cause the said issue.

To fix this, you’ll have to rename or delete that media page, ensure it doesn’t have the same slug as the one in your post.
