We accessed your site using the details in the sensitive data section. We opened the edit area of one of your pages and were able to make changes to the metadata. The change both persisted on the backend and also reflected on the frontend source code.

thank you seems to be working now, I realised my cache was disabled (nitropack) is there something I can add to that to exclude rankmath meta data?

We are not aware of a conflict with Nitropack. If you are using a Firewall, it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
Whitelisting the route should fix such an issue. You can check this link for more information:

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
The login you shared is not working because a 2FA is required to be active in the account.
The issue is that your WordFence application is blocking Rank Math’s API route for saving metadata.
Please see screenshot in the sensitive data section.
To address this issue, you would need to whitelist our API routes in your WordFence. Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
