Changes are not updating/reflecting in Rankmath SEO analyzer

    Hello,

    I ran the SEO Analyzer and made a few changes based on the recommendations generated, however when I return to the Analyzer this is not reflecting as being updated. In addition, in the settings I have selected the option to fill in Alt titles for any images missing them, yet on the SEO analyzer, it is still showing a rather long list of images with no Alt text titles.

    Also, the impressions in my Google Analytics dashboard is not showing up on RankMath…everything is showing zero. I have already went through your step-by-step troubleshooting guide on this.

    Please assist.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    If you’ve fixed the issues but still showing errors on your SEO Analyzer, then please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Clear SEO Analysis and Remove Transients buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache.

    Once done, clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the Sitewide analysis again.

    Regarding the analytics, please try to follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
