Change country in paymnent section

    Hi – I am trying to pay for a subscription, however, I am only able to select a US Zip Code. This is a problem as I am not based in the USA. Kindly advise on how to change the country so I can enter my relevant Postal Code.

    To change your country, please follow these steps:

    • Go to the top-right corner of the page and click on the flag icon.
    • A drop-down menu will appear with a list of countries. Select the one that matches your location.
    • The payment form will change and you will see the correct currency and postal code format for your country.

    If you have done this and you still can’t complete the payment, please send us a screenshot of the error message or the page where you’re stuck. This will help us to identify the problem and fix it for you.

    You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.
