To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ to check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits.
If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

After doing so, please refresh the credits count in the Content AI settings so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
