Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the “strip category base” feature. It seems that the setting isn’t reflecting on your website as expected.
To troubleshoot this, please ensure that you have enabled the “Strip Category Base” option in Rank Math’s General Settings. You can find this option by navigating to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Links. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

If the issue persists, please try clearing your website and browser cache to ensure that the changes take effect. Additionally, ensure that there are no conflicting settings or plugins that might be affecting this feature.
If the issue still persists after these steps, please assign this ticket to our support team using the available button, and we will investigate further to resolve this for you.
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please make sure that you have turned the strip category base for the product categories as well. If you haven’t yet, you can check that in Rank Math > General Settings > Woocommerce.
However, if you have already done that, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save the page without changing anything.
Clear your website caches and check the product categories.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
