Can’t strip category base

    Dear all,

    I read your documentation and activated the “strip category base” but it is still shown as you can see at my url: https://voyage-vibe.com/product-category/rucksaecke/. In my wordpress settings I tried as well as with the standard values (leaving the box blank) as well as with inserting /category at the field of the category

    What am I overlooking that it isn’t working?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have turned the strip category base for the product categories as well. If you haven’t yet, you can check that in Rank Math > General Settings > Woocommerce.

    However, if you have already done that, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save the page without changing anything.

    Clear your website caches and check the product categories.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
