Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Yup. I did check for the conflicts, but i didn’t find any. Neither their was a change in my plugin setup recently (no plugin installed/deleted). The issue starting appearing from a few days back, and probably is due to Rank Math’s latest update. Please check, and if needed, i can install a older version of plugin to test if it works in previous version

I am facing the same issue. Only on the latest post that I did publish this week. I can’t save the meta description. It goes back to standard excerpt after I preview or reload the page.
