Upon checking your site, the Analytics code is already added. You can confirm if the code is installed or not by checking your Google Analytics account or using this tool:
https://tagassistant.google.com/
In this case, you should keep the Install Analytics Code option of our plugin disabled if you’re using a different plugin to add the code to your site.
