The only way to edit this type of Schema in the Free version is by using the following filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/
Our PRO users have the option of extending the Schema markup by using the Schema Templates: https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-templates/#extending-schema

I’ve got the Pro version in my clients page and yes I can see the extend Schema but the thing is that it appears as there it no schema in the page

Thank you for your patience.
You can create a schema template where you can construct a desired WebPage format.
Since you already have the JSON code, you can simply import that to our schema builder like so:

Then, on the Display Condition tab, you can insert the created schema into the existing WebPage schema.

The “insert” will allow you to override the default schema generated by Rank Math.
