Please try uninstalling Rank Math temporarily to see if it works. If you are able to edit your page when Rank Math is not installed but unable to when Rank Math is installed then please let us know so we can investigate this further.

I did deactivate and deleted RankMath without avail as I still can’t edit the posts page !!
PLEASE NOTE, that I was able to edit the posts page with no issue with elementor just before installing RM.

If you’re still unable to edit the pages when Rank Math is deactivated, then the issue is not coming from Rank Math’s end – the issue happening after installing Rank Math could just be a coincidence.
We would suggest you run a plugin conflict check to see if another plugin is causing this, you can do this by deactivating all your plugins and activating a WordPress default theme, then checking to see if you can edit your page now. If you can, then you can install the plugins back one by one to see which is causing the issue.

It is not a coincidence at all. I have done all due steps before installing RM.. and I assure you that it was after installing RM that the issue started. Something must have happened.
