Can’t connect to Google Services

    I follow dashboard wizard (with video tutorial) many times and I can’t connect to google services for Analytics. Search Console & Analytics have a RED dot in front of them with no options to pick Site or Account respectively (that is what I mean about not connected, no Green Dot). My Rank Math account says it is connected to my site. My Google account says that I have given permissions to Rank Math SEO for “Edit Google Analytics management entities”, “See and download your Google Analytics data”, Manage the list of sites and domains you control” and “View and manage Search Console data for your verified sites”. Not sure what to do so I need help.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    We have already seen the issue with the latest version of Rank Math about the Google account connection.

    However, our developers are looking into it and will soon release a fix for this. This issue is occurring for many of our users and we expect this to be fixed fairly soon as it’s a high priority.

    In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous version of Rank Math in order to avoid this issue. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control > Rollback Version, select and Install Version 1.0.116

    I still can’t connect and have the same error. I removed plugin, reinstalled, rolled it back a version and I still end up with Search Console and Analytics with a blank. I’m doing free version and I understanding that I believe I should still be able to connect. Not sure what to do.

    Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused, but we have recently released an update to fix the connection issue specifically.

    Please update to the latest version and try to reconnect again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
