However, if the connect button is not working then please make sure you’re using the latest version of Rank Math plugin on your website. https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
If the issue still persists, then you can try to follow this guideline to check if any of your plugins/theme is conflicting with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
