Please make sure that you’ve connected the correct Google account and not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

I am using a URL prefix and I already did what is written in the guide, multiple times, but I still can’t choose my URL or any in the drop down menu.

Alright, I took a backup and have set up the plugins, which email should I now use for the temporary login and how long do you anticipate you will you need access for?

You can use any email of your choice for the temporary login and set the duration to one week. Hopefully, we will be able to resolve this issue within the timeframe. If not, you can easily extend the duration or create a new temporary login URL.
Once you are done, please share the generated temporary login URL with us in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Note that you can delete the temporary login URL after we have been able to resolve the issue.

We’ve checked your site, and it is not yet connected to your Google account. Please connect it so we can also check the Analytics section.
Meanwhile, please ensure that you have verified your email/account as the owner of the property. Go to your Google Search Console > Settings > Users and permissions
Once done, try reconnecting your website in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Reconnect.

I am sorry, I did not realize, that I had to verify my Google Search Console ownership. I just did it, and within your Plugin I now can choose my website under Search Console, though nothing under Analytics. As far as I know Google creates an Analytics account automatically right?

Unfortunately, Google doesn’t create the analytics account automatically for your website. You will have to create this manually and you can follow this guideline on how you can do that: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9304153?hl=en
After creating Analytics properly, please try to reconnect your Google Account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics with all the required permissions.
However, we’ve checked your website again and found that the scheduled action to fetch the data from Google was missing on your site. We’ve created this so that Rank Math can automatically fetch the data from Google.

We’ve checked your website and we can confirm that your Google Account is now connected properly with your Rank Math plugin.
However, we found that the analytics code was not added to your website so we enabled the Install analytics code option from Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and now the code is properly added to your site.
You can also confirm this by using the https://tagassistant.google.com/
