Did you mean adding Keywords under Rank Tracker? I have tested it on our end both live and local setup and I am able to add keywords. Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-tracker/ and https://rankmath.com/kb/add-multiple-keywords-to-rank-tracker/
If this is not the issue, could you please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue on your end so we can check and investigate?

I’d like to use the rank tracker, but when I add keywords it doesn’t respond at all.

The Rank Tracker feature is only available using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Meanwhile, please share the screenshot where you could not add the keywords so we can check and advise accordingly. You can upload using this tool and add the generated link here.
