Can’t access any setting

    Hi,
    I have a problem that can’t access my setting, i tied to rollback to previous versions but still the same result “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The logins you have provided seems to have limited access on your site. I was however able to access the only available access on Rank math( Dashboard, Status & Tools and Help). Please check the screencast attached in the sensitive section.

    Hello Michael,

    It isn’t a limited access, it is exactly how it looks like from my admin dashboard, that happened recently but i am not sure when exactly or after which update.
    The user i provided in the sensitive area can have full access to all plugins.
    Also i am not able to go through the setup wizard, it gives me blank screen.

    Hello,

    The account you shared with us has no admin privileges (like for example, we can’t see other user accounts on the website) so we can’t check everything on the website.

    Anyway, it seems you are using the Role Manager module in Rank Math, could you temporarily disable it and check if you can access the settings?

    It works now, I just deactivate the plugin temporarily and activate it again it solve the problem 🙂
