I’ve checked your site, but it seems that you’re using Yoast at the moment.
However, from your screenshot, the settings you have for that page is noindex.
Please note that Rank Math automatically adds a self-referencing canonical to your pages if they are set to index. Pages that are set to noindex are not meant to be indexed, and the canonical is not necessary for that.
Also, even though the no index tag is correctly taken, googlle has indexed the page just the same.
If the page was already crawled and displayed on the search engines, then it will take time for them to be removed. Once a page is already set to noindex, you may need to wait for Google to recrawl the page and eventually remove it from the SERPs.
