I have 17500 credits available. I go to Content AI, presss Research, and my credits go to 0 again and tells me that dont have any credits left. I tried reconnecting, and nothing happens!
Please help!

It seems like there might be an issue with the credits not being utilized correctly. To resolve this, please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
After refreshing the credits, please try using Content AI again. Your credits should work without any issues.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Kindly follow these steps:
1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins. The latest FREE version is 1.0.208.1: https://rankmath.com/changelog.2. Then please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
3. After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits.

This worked! Thanks! My only problem is that I lost all the weekend that I planned to work on this, and tomorrow or the next day my credits will be renewed… can you extend them for a week or so?

We cannot extend it but once the credits reset, please let us know and we will add 5000 credits as a bonus to your next month’s credits.
