    Just bought my pro subscription and cannot find my download.

    Kindly help

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    You might have upgraded to the pro version using another email. I assumed this as the account you used to create this ticket has a FREE badge. This might be the reason why you are not seeing the PRO plugin download option on your account. Kindly check if you have used any other email to upgrade to Rank Math Pro.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and merge these 2 accounts.

    Hello,

    We can confirm that your content AI credits were successfully credited. Please note that content AI is different from Rank Math subscription.

    To use AI credits, please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
