Cannot add 301 redirect

    I’ve added a 301 redirect and it shows as active, but the redirect doesn’t work. Based on some earlier traffic on this, I tried deactivating RM and reactivating it, but that didn’t help. I’ve flushed the server cache and tried from an incognito window – still no redirect.

    On the plus side, it DOES redirect to my Home page when I put in the old URL.

    Hi Jack,

    I can add the redirect just fine. I tested by keeping only Rank Math enabled.

    It seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Huh? I can ADD it. I already did that. The problem is that it doesn’t work.

    Are you saying that you added it and, with only Rank Math enabled it worked?

    Hi Jack,

    Yes, I tested and the redirect works. The page shows blank because maybe you are using some other plugin to create that content but the redirect itself works.

    Let me know if you want me to add a video screencast in the sensitive data section.

    Did you try going to the page without having disabled all the plugins? The page works fine from here. When I put in the original URL, it sends me to the home page instead of the 301 redirect that’s been set up.
