Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

Ok, thank you for the update, another question I have is can I transfer this account to another email address so that my developers can use it, since I no longer use it. I. Wanted to transfer it to my team. If so please transfer the recently renewed account to [moved to sensitive data section] please.

We have transferred the subscription to the email account you nominated.
Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.
Now your developer will need to reconnect your websites by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to refresh the connection.

None of the settings will be lost and they will be intact and stored to your WordPress database and subscription will be reactivated when you reconnect the account.

We understand that you want to remove the first invoice from the list of invoices, but unfortunately, we cannot do that because it is actually the parent order. Removing that would also remove the entire transaction. The system will not allow transferring renewal subscriptions without the parent order. We can either move the whole order or not at all.

I have escalated the concern and our team tried removing the invoice but it gets regenerated.
We are sorry to inform that we cannot hide the invoice in the account area of your Rank Math Account.

Ok if possible please remove the billing information from the account do that it doesn’t bill me on the next billing cycle.
