Why is my payment getting declined?
I want to keep my PRO account and not a business subscription. Please fix and refund the difference.

I followed your instructions, and it shows that my account was canceled on Nov 3, 2024, so I did get charged. I also verified with my bank, and $229 was taken from my account. Please refund me so I can set up the subscription I want to keep, which is the PRO account for Perfect For Bloggers, Individuals & Solopreneurs.

Yes, you can download the PRO plugin files from here:

Then, connect your Rank Math subscription to the other domain you personally own, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.
