Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that this issue might have caused.
We apologize for the late reply, this ticket was stuck in the draft section so it did not reflect on the queue for us to respond to it.
We checked the index status of the pages you reference using the site: operator and found that three of them are already indexed by Google.
Please note that only Google determines what to show in search result pages.
Likewise, ranking on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could search for your keyword or post title, or have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 results when searching on Google, especially for highly competitive keywords.
Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking your website.
1. Your website’s authority
2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
3. How competitive the keyword you are using is.
4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other websites ranking for that keyword have.
5. Your website’s crawlability.
6. Frequency of new content and content updates.
7. So much more that there is a dedicated blog post on it by Brian Dean 🙂 https://backlinko.com/google-ranking-factors
Since we already confirmed that your site is indexed correctly on Google, we recommend that you keep at it and work on breaking into the top SERPs. Here are a few resources you will find useful while devising an SEO strategy.

no, sorry but i do not believe this. I have been reading lots of posts today that have said they are facing the same issues. Everything was write with their website when they were with yoast and when they transfered to you then they stopped appearing in serps.
I can show you the posts if you wish. There are even posts that said with the free rankmath plugin that you somehow stop sites from appearing in serps.
I need to know if this can be fixed or should i be asking for a refund and take my business to yoast.
I would like someone to investigate it and make sure i have my plugin installed properly and set so it is not stopping my posts appearing in serpes. please do not reply with the site is indexed. if you are experts then you know there is a difference between having a site indexed and appearing in serpes
and you have not even bothered to look at the plugin settings on my site. when i have gone into the news sitemap it is not working properly. when i went into the news sitemap, it is not displaying properly and when i go to look at the section, i cannot even change anything as it is all over the place. if you cannot sort this out today and answer my questions then i will be asking paypal for a refund and deleting the plugin and going over to yoast

Hello,
We have fixed the issue with the News Sitemap settings on your site. It is working fine now, and you can select the categories and tags to exclude from the news sitemap. Your news sitemap is also working fine and has all the posts that were published in the last 2 days.
The posts you have shared are already indexed in the SERPs, and if you can’t find them for a specific keyword, it means Google is not ranking them for that. There are a lot of factors that affect the ranking as mentioned by colleague in his reply.
The settings of the plugin are correctly configured on the site. Please note that an SEO plugin only adds the meta tags to your site. Unless you have configured it incorrectly, there is no way it can prevent Google from indexing your site. We never prevent or put limitations on the indexing of the posts in the free version.
Indexing and ranking depends on a lot of factors. An SEO plugin can’t guarantee that your site will be indexed and ranked by Google. Your site should have quality content that Google considers helpful for the SERPs. You should also have a good backlink profile and domain authority to compete with the top-ranking sites in your niche. You should work on improving the overall SEO of the site, and our plugin will take care of the on-page SEO.
If you are still not satisfied with our plugin, feel it is limiting the ranking opportunity of your site, and want to switch over to Yoast, let us know and we will issue a refund.
Looking forward to helping you.
As any one knows if you put in the full title of content not just keywords the full title then it comes up in google. I have hired an expert who has looked at two hundred pages of mine and none of them appear in serps. They are all indexed but not appearing in serps. Please investigate. Loads of people have come to you with this problem and you ignore them. Please look into this
You can put these in and they will not come up

Hello,
When you search for a title, Google will still consider it as a keyword and rank all the related posts that might have a different title but have content on the same topic. You are trying to compete with the sites like Facebook, Google, Yahoo News, BBC, The Sun, etc. Your site should have a very high DA and a strong backlink profile to rank among them.
To confirm that the page is indexed and available in the SERPs, use What Are The New Alcohol Ban Rules in Ibiza and Majorca in2town.co.uk
in Google Search, and your post will appear at the top:
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hello,
We have refunded your order, as requested in your other ticket. Since you no longer have access to the PRO forum – we have also moved the two tickets to the FREE forum so you can continue to access them.
Regarding the News Sitemap, please note that the News Sitemap is a PRO feature – so you would no longer have access to it and we’ll also no longer be able to provide support for PRO features including News Sitemaps.
However, from your screenshot, we can see that you are adding the excluded categories in the wrong way. You’re not supposed to exclude the terms using the []
method you’re using. You can exclude terms by selecting the terms like this:
We hope this helps clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
