    Can not access Content AI tool. It is blurred and the message asked to subscribe even though I already have a subscription and 6.5K credits left.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please ensure that your Rank Math plugins are already updated to their latest version:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    If the issue still persists, please follow these steps:

    1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Hi, it did not work for me. I’m on the latest plugin version and followed exactly all the steps listed but nothing happened, and the credits now show 0 even after refresh.

    We have been able to log in to your site with the information you provided in the sensitive data section.

    Upon checking your site, we can see that the Content AI functions properly and is not blurred out, please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section for reference.

    Please can you confirm this from your end? If the Content AI is still blurred out, please clear your browser’s cache then disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
