Thank you for replying. However, I didn’t get the answer to my question. If I subscribe to Rank Math Pro and use it to add schema to my site, will anything change with the schema if I cancel Rank Math Pro later on?

Once you cancel your PRO subscription, the PRO plugin will still remain on your website, hence the advanced schema will still be there. However, once you remove the PRO plugin, any schema that is generated by the advanced schema generator will no longer be active.
With that said, if you turn on your PRO subscription again, the schemas from the PRO plugin you have added before should be active once more.
