Your website has a lot of taxonomies which causes the server to exhaust all the resources when saving the Titles & Meta settings from our plugin because we save that data for all CPTs and taxonomies at the same time.
Our recommendation is that you either remove the number of taxonomies or you would need to increase the server resource by quite a big margin to be able to work and save the data correctly.
