I tried to replicate your issue in a local installation but I was not able to.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

You will see a different score in posts dashboard but when you edit the post you will see different score. Just press enter in any paragraph and press backspace space the score will change and when you update the post the score becomes less than that of what you updated.

Alberto I have two more issues.
1) My homepage meta description not shows correct. I have edited the meta box in the page 2 months ago and the cached url in google is of 22 may then till now why it has not been updated please check this issue too. I have provided the login details.
2) I never enter post excerpt manually. I think wordpress generates it automatically. But i do enter meta description in every post. I also use rich snippets of rankmath. But in post i do not enter any thing in rich snippets. It is fallback from rankmath titles and meta settings. My question is that which variable i should use in Rich snippets Heading and description Rankmath>>Titles and meta>>Posts . Should i use %title% and %excerpt% or %seo-title% and %seo-description% . WHich settings is best for me. Are these settings same for pages ? What is the difference between %excerpt% and %seo-description% and which one should i prefer in my default post settings.
