breadcrumbs not showing category

    i have enabled to show category in breadcrumb on rankmath, but when i use [rank_math_breadcrumb] it only shows home, no category. i am using the 2023 theme in wordpress. i added it to the post template. i also tried to just add it to a post itself, same thing. i am not using any other seo plugin. how do i fix this please.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query. We will be super-happy to help you with your concern.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs, and enable the Show Category(s) option.

    Here’s a screenshot of the option: https://i.rankmath.com/pTeQwN
    Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and see if you get the desired breadcrumbs.

    If that doesn’t work send us a link to your page and leave us your WP admin access in sensitive data field.

    It seems like you’ve forgotten to share your WordPress login page URL. Please update the logins in the sensitive data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

    Meanwhile, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Products > Primary Taxonomy and from there make sure the Categories is selected:
