Bought Pro but not showing up in WP Admin

    Rank Math free

    Hi,
    Yesterday I bought RankMath Pro and installed it no problem on my WooCommerce site at http://www.kitchensolutions.co.uk
    However, my RankMath plugin is still showing that it’s in Free mode. The details from the RankMath status page include:
    Free version 1.0.112
    PRO version 3.0.34
    Database version 1
    Plugin subscription plan Free
    Active modules link-counter, seo-analysis, sitemap, rich-snippet, woocommerce, acf, role-manager, local-seo, 404-monitor, redirections, analytics, content-ai
    Google Refresh token Token exists
    Google Permission
    AdSense: Given
    Analytics: Given
    Search Console: Given

    Could you let me know how to fully enable the Pro version please?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    transients

    After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
