    hi there

    on this website sitemap is blank, despite we made the things we use to do with rank math on the websites we create. We already tried to deactivate / activate all plugins. We also tried your tips we found there (https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/)

    Can you please help us? we went live yesterday and I need to submit the sitemap to search engines!

    Last thing, the website (rebismed.com) is not visible to my rank math, why? how can I cannotect it?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This issue with your blank sitemap is possibly occurring because, on your database entries there is a script tag with Unicode characters that preventing the sitemap from correctly to load.

    Please access your WordPress database and check in the options table. You’ll notice entries like blogname with Unicode characters with script tag instead of the correct title there.

    Please refer to the screenshot below:

    By fixing those entries, the sitemap should start working fine.

    We could also perform these checks. But for that, we would need cPanel/phpMyAdmin access to handle the situation.

    we contacted the dev of this plugin (myagilepixel) so he is aware of what you said,

    about the account instead, the website (rebismed.com) is not visible on my rank math, why? how can I have it there in the account?
