    Hi,

    To whom it may concern:

    I’m not sure how it happened but someone used a G mail account and one of our website emails and signed up for your service.

    The site they used as a recovery email is a site we’ve taken down.

    You’ve been billing me and I’m not sure how this could even happen but I wanted to contact you before we contact our credit card merchant.

    Is it possible to communicate with someone on your team directly? If so, please provide a phone number and I’ll contact you.

    To help sort this out, could you please tell us the email address that is linked to the payment? And also the last 4 digits of the card that is being charged? This will help us track the payments and fix the problem.

    We’re a sizable organization and it would take sometime to figure out which account was used.

    I was hoping you could get into the account and give me the last four on the billing card.
