    Hi,

    I had a ticket opened last month for a refund which Jaideep closed (#673384).

    The payment was made through a credit card and we’ve not yet received the refund.

    Can you please check and get back to us?

    We can see that the full refund has been processed on our end.

    Kindly check your account or call your bank to verify if the amount has been reversed.
