In order for you to have the rating display on SERPs, it would require that you have defined all the properties of the rating property group. Please see which properties are required for the aggregateRating here:

Meanwhile, you can follow the steps in this link where we demonstrated how to get the value of the WP Review plugin and integrate it with Rank Math’s schema:

I would suggest asking Trustpilot support about how are they saving the data in the database. If the team over at Trustpilot has a way to fetch the data on the website using PHP that they can share we can create a filter to add this data to our Schema markup.
