Auto debit disabled, still payment taken

    Hello. I no longer use the premium version, yet you have debited me for the Ai credits.

    Please reverse the payment at the earliest.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We can refund your renewal but you will not have any credit in that case. As you can see on FAQs section here https://rankmath.com/content-ai/ under “Are the credits valid for a lifetime?”, unused credits are expiring after one year, and upon renewal you get new amount.

    The “Auto-Debit” toggle is not related to annual renewal, it is used to disable/enable early renewal if you run out of credits.

    Prefer refund. Please do the necessary

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
