    Hi Rank Math Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance with integrating an FAQ block into the product descriptions on my WooCommerce store.

Currently, I am using WPAllImport Pro to import product descriptions, which are in HTML format, into the Text Editor of WordPress WooCommerce products. However, I would like to automate the process of adding an FAQ block to these product descriptions.

Here’s what I aim to achieve:

Automatically include a structured FAQ block within each product description.
Utilize WPAllImport Pro to upload the product descriptions along with the FAQ block.
Ensure that the FAQ block includes correct Schema markup for FAQ structured data.
I understand that Rank Math offers capabilities for generating Schema markup, and I believe this could be a suitable solution for my requirements.

Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve this integration? Specifically, I would like assistance in configuring Rank Math to automatically generate the necessary Schema markup for the FAQ block and ensuring compatibility with WPAllImport Pro.

Any documentation, code snippets, or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end.

    Best regards,
    Hendrik

  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query about integrating an FAQ block into the product descriptions on your WooCommerce store using Rank Math.

To automatically include a structured FAQ block within each product description and ensure correct Schema markup for FAQ structured data, you can follow these steps:

    1. Adding FAQ Block in Rank Math:

      • Open a new or existing post with the Block Editor.
      • Add the FAQ by Rank Math block to your post. If you don’t see this block, ensure that you’ve enabled the Schema module under WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO.
      • Type your questions and answers in the fields provided. You can add images to questions and add multiple FAQs easily.
    2. Automating the Process with WPAllImport Pro:

      • You can use WPAllImport Pro to import product descriptions into the Text Editor of WordPress WooCommerce products.
      • While importing, ensure that you include the FAQ content within the product descriptions. You can structure the FAQ content in HTML format as needed.
    3. Generating Schema Markup:

      • Rank Math automatically generates Schema markup for the FAQ block you create. By using the FAQ by Rank Math block, the necessary Schema markup for FAQ structured data will be included.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct integration between Rank Math and WPAllImport Pro for automating this process. However, you can manually add the FAQ content within your product descriptions using Rank Math’s FAQ block.

For detailed instructions on adding FAQ blocks and generating Schema markup with Rank Math, you can refer to our knowledge base articles:

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

Please note that you can only use the FAQ Block in the Free version to generate the FAQ Schema. The FAQ block is only available in the Block Editor, while the products use Classic Editor. So, there is currently no way to add the FAQ block or FAQ Schema to the products in the Free version.

In the PRO version, you can use the Schema Generator to add the FAQ Schema. However, you can’t automate the generation of the FAQ Schema and will have to add it manually to each product unless you are using custom fields to add the FAQs to the site.

We also wanted to let you know about recent changes by Google regarding FAQs and HowTo content in search results. If you’ve noticed your FAQs and HowTo guides aren’t showing up as before, here’s what’s going on:

    FAQs Display
Google will now show FAQs mainly for well-known government and health websites. If your site isn’t in these categories, your FAQs might not appear.

    HowTo Display
HowTo content is now visible only on desktop, but it’s important to keep the code for mobile too. This way, Google can see it being that Google uses the mobile version of a website as the primary source for indexing. Google says you don’t have to remove your FAQ Schema right away, but you might want to review if it’s still relevant for your site.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
