Assistance Needed for Rank Math Pro Activation

    I recently purchased the Rank Math Pro version after initially installing the free version of the plugin. To upgrade, I followed the installation steps outlined in the Rank Math Knowledge Base article titled “Installing Rank Math Through the Admin Panel” at this URL: https://rankmath.com/kb/installing-through-the-admin-panel/.

    Despite following all the installation steps diligently, I have encountered an issue. The Rank Math plugin has not upgraded to the Pro version as expected, as shown in the attached image.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this problem and activating the Rank Math Pro version? Your guidance and support would be greatly appreciated.

    From the Order ID you have shared, it seems that you have purchased it using a different email address. Please refer to the email attached in the sensitive data section.

    You may log in to that account and download the Rank Math PRO plugin on your site. Here’s a guide you can follow as well:

    Alternatively, we can merge both of your accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account.
